Here’s our low moisture cleaning process…
1. We thoroughly pre-vacuum the entire area.
2. We treat stains and the entire area with an pet and child safe pre-spray that uses a powerful blend of non-ionic detergents and a great smelling, organic solvent made from CITRUS plus HYDROGEN PEROXIDE, to remove not only oily, greasy soils, but organic stains and discoloration from carpets and fabrics. Completely baby and pet safe.
3. Then we use powerful equipment to agitate the solution with microfiber bonnets.
4. The next step is a thorough drying and cleaning of the carpet with absorbent cotton bonnets.
4. We then post-treat any stubborn stains that might remain with a rinse free, peroxide based, professional spotting solution.
5. The final step is to groom the carpet with a Grandi Groom rake, do the final inspection and re-clean any remaining stains

3. Then we use a variety of VLM (Very Low Moisture Methods) to clean commercial carpet. Low moisture methods are important on commercial GDC (Glued Down Carpet) to avoid buckling, detachment and the later wick-back of old stains and spills. It also aids in very fast dry times so that you can get back to work.
4. We then post-treat any stubborn stains that might remain with an advanced, professional spotting solution.
5. The final step is to groom the carpet with a Grandi Groom rake, do the final inspection and re-clean any remaining stains
